Inventory Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and process-oriented Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory, with a focus on accuracy, discrepancy analysis, and continuous improvement. Continuous improvement in material processes We are looking for an Inventory Analyst with an analytical, organized mindset and strong process orientation to manage and optimize our inventory. Key Responsibilities: * Perform physical and system-based inventory control and ensure accuracy. * Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions. * Conduct cyclic and full inventories. * Monitor inventory performance indicators (KPIs). * Implement and track improvements in material control processes. * Prevent losses and reduce inconsistencies. * Interface with departments such as logistics, operations, and procurement. Requirements: * Proven experience in inventory and stock control. * Knowledge of WMS or ERP systems. * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with and proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools. * Analytical profile with a focus on continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields. Experience in industrial environments or distribution centers.
