The cooperative is seeking a committed, welcoming professional focused on health promotion to work in Beneficiary Prevention and Care Programs. Key responsibilities: Monitoring and follow-up of beneficiaries via telephone and internal systems; Supporting health prevention and promotion programs; Performing basic nursing procedures, such as blood pressure measurement, capillary glucose testing, and rapid tests; Supporting vaccination campaigns, health initiatives, and institutional events; Providing support to multidisciplinary teams and participating in monitoring group activities.
