Collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency and quality The Milling Machine Operator is responsible for operating milling machines in accordance with technical and safety specifications. Your Responsibilities: * Operate the milling machine and ensure paving quality and uniformity; * Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with all safety standards; * Report any issues or anomalies to the site supervisor and take appropriate corrective actions; * Maintain the milling machine in good working condition by performing basic maintenance; * Make necessary adjustments and collaborate with the work team to ensure operational efficiency and result quality; * Properly handle the equipment and ensure its operation for optimal production without excessive wear. What We Expect From You: * Valid driver's license (CNH) class C or higher; * Proven experience as an Asphalt Milling Machine Operator; * Equipment Operation Training Course; * Solid knowledge of milling and paving processes; * Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on asphalt milling machines; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; * Knowledge of safety measures and operational procedures; * Willingness to travel;
