Job Summary: Collect biological samples, providing complete customer service, sample triage and preparation, as well as administrative and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical knowledge in clinical analyses and sample collection procedures **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform biological sample collections accurately and safely, providing complete customer service from registration to delivery of required information, as well as conducting sample triage, preparation, and supporting administrative and operational routines of the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Good communication and courtesy with internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume Clear communication and empathy when serving users. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge in clinical analyses. Technical knowledge of sample collection procedures Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct Basic computer literacy Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and collaborative attitude. Experience in customer service.
