Act proactively to maintain data integrity and provide a seamless, reliable, and positive experience for all internal users. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support for IT network administration, including user management, access permissions, and directory organization, in accordance with internal policies. * Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, workstations, and network equipment, ensuring proper operation of the technological environment. * Support email platform administration, including account creation, policy enforcement, mailbox organization, and use of security tools (anti-spam and antivirus). * Provide support for internet access administration, applying usage and security policies as well as navigation controls. * Perform data backup and restoration routines, verifying copy integrity and supporting recovery testing. * Monitor the infrastructure environment (servers, network, and services), tracking performance and availability indicators and reporting anomalies. * Support implementation and compliance with information security policies, including access control, credential management, and application of security updates. * Assist in identifying and reporting information security vulnerabilities and incidents. * Provide user support (in-person and remote), resolving infrastructure- and access-related requests or escalating to responsible teams. * Perform software installation, configuration, and updates, ensuring compliance with standards and licensing requirements. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, asset inventory, and service records. * Supervise supplier activities under guidance, ensuring contractual compliance. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of infrastructure and information security processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, information security standards, and applicable legal requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology (e.g., Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields), or postgraduate studies in the field. * Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite; * Remote access and user support tools; * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); * Basic knowledge; * ITIL-based service practices (incident and request management); * Operation of ticketing systems and SLA monitoring; * Basic software and equipment (computers, printers, mobile devices) installation, configuration, and maintenance; * Fundamentals of information security applied to corporate resource usage; * Preferred: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, access management, and network drive mapping. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a complete experience centered on care and wellbeing!
