Analyses to guide strategic decisions * The candidate will support data analysis and transformation to foster business growth, developing dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and controls related to the BI team's service activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Information Management:** * Monitor, analyze, and validate data used in reports and studies; keep business rule documents and repositories up to date. **Business Intelligence:** * Conduct business and segment analyses to guide strategic decisions. **Management Information:** * Assist in data manipulation and processing to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Technology, or related fields. * Knowledge of financial institutions' products and services is desirable. * Familiarity with databases and virtualization tools. * Advanced Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, layout creation). * Power BI (ETL, dashboard development). * Experience monitoring KPIs and developing ad-hoc studies. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * **Preferred qualifications:** SQL; Python. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR) \- (Up to 3 salaries, per internal policy).
