Job Summary: The professional will provide technical support for equipment and systems, manage the network and IT inventory, and ensure hardware and software configuration and maintenance. Software installation and configuration, and server maintenance Job Description: Provide technical support to company employees for equipment, systems, and network resources—including the Internet—via ticketing tools or chat. Common issues vary widely; examples include: * Creating credentials for new users * Password recovery * Maintenance of data collectors (Zebra – Honeywell) * Maintenance of desktop, industrial, and portable printers * Label printing issues from the WMS * IP telephony configurations * Maintenance of the Movidesk ticketing portal (trigger creation, macros, and service structure) * And others. Contribute to network management, including its resources and equipment (layout relocations, network point inspections, etc.) Administer the network inventory using an inventory system (GLPI), ensuring control, organization, and modernization of the company’s hardware and equipment fleet (upgrades), as well as employee satisfaction in utilizing these resources. Ensure equipment configuration—whether for replacements or onboarding new employees—through predefined processes established by headquarters (documentation available). Perform software installation or configuration via ticket-based support and best practices in license usage, ensuring employee productivity. Maintain inventory of peripherals, spare parts, and IT infrastructure accessories using inventory systems and parallel controls, ensuring availability and timely replenishment of these resources. Monitor user base and access rights (Active Directory), using servers and management tools to ensure secure and correct execution of employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Monitor devices and peripherals via Zabbix, and monitor backup and replication jobs. Create and maintain various types of servers (e.g., AD servers, file servers, application servers, print servers, data marts, database servers, etc.) **Provide services at Cooperativa Agrária – Colônia Vitória – Entre Rios / PR** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.450,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
