Job Summary: Aliança Empresas is seeking a technology-passionate MIS Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards and data analyses. Key Highlights: 1. At Aliança Empresas, we are looking for an MIS Analyst to join our team!** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing, structuring, and maintaining operational and managerial dashboards in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar); * Updating and validating daily the databases used in dashboards; * Creating new dashboards and analytical views according to business needs; * Reviewing and enhancing existing dashboards by eliminating redundancies and improving performance; * Ensuring standardization of KPIs and calculation rules across reports, dashboards, and presentations; * Automating report and database update processes; * Documenting business rules, formulas, and dashboard structures; * Supporting the creation of executive reports and presentations based on consolidated dashboard data. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one in Administration / Engineering / Statistics / Information Systems / Data Science or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, consolidation formulas, and data manipulation); * Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or similar tools; * Basic data modeling and KPI development capabilities; * Experience in operational data analysis; * Prior experience in call center operations, telesales, or high-demand operational environments is desirable. **What we offer:** * Continuous training and development programs; * Opportunity for career growth within one of Brazil’s largest Claro Empresas representatives! **Work location:** * Av.
