And, of course, we believe in YOU! **About the Position** We are seeking a senior, strategic professional with strong hands-on capabilities to lead Ademicon’s Multiplier Program—engaging both commercial network multipliers and corporate multipliers across the company. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality, consistency, and continuous evolution of training, serving as the bridge between learning strategy, business objectives, multipliers, and internal/external speakers. The position requires systemic thinking, expertise in adult learning, diagnostic ability, influence, and agility to operate effectively within a dynamic environment involving multiple stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** **Multiplier Program Management** * Responsible for structuring, managing, and continuously evolving Ademicon’s Network Multiplier Program; * Provide direct support to multipliers—answering questions, guiding best practices, and ensuring training quality standards; * Lead initial and ongoing training for multipliers, ensuring methodological, pedagogical, and strategic alignment; * Deliver structured feedback, performance monitoring, and learning mentoring to multipliers; * Approve trainings delivered by multipliers, ensuring adherence to company guidelines. **Interface with Speakers and Content** * Serve as the primary interface with internal and external speakers, organizing and facilitating their ongoing training; * Support speakers in adapting content to appropriate methodology and pedagogy; * Ensure all content aligns with Ademicon’s strategy, culture, and business objectives. **Learning Pathway and Journey Design** * Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders, leadership, and partner departments; * Design comprehensive learning pathways integrating diverse formats (in-person, online, synchronous, asynchronous); * Design training journeys using visual collaboration tools such as Miro; * Validate solutions with managers and involved departments to ensure alignment with business needs. **Training & Development Data** * Act as the focal point for data and KPIs related to the Multiplier Program trainings; * Develop and present executive reports demonstrating impact, progress, and outcomes of initiatives; * Collaborate with the BI and Data team to build and monitor dashboards; * Ensure governance, standardization, and continuous improvement of learning processes. **Collaborative Engagement** * Work closely with the Training & Development coordination team; * Collaborate across various company departments, linking learning to organizational strategy. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, Languages, or related fields; * Specialization in Instructional Design, Andragogy, Corporate Education, or Learning Management; * Proven experience in corporate training, especially with adults and sales teams; * Solid experience in multiplier programs, instructor development, or corporate academies; * Demonstrated experience in designing and managing learning pathways; * Experience in analyzing training impact data, preparing executive reports, and interfacing with BI/Data teams; * Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, consultative posture, proactivity, and a proactive attitude. **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience applying agile methodologies to training development; * Experience managing complex T&D projects in mid- to large-sized enterprises; * Knowledge of training ROI metrics and impact measurement methodologies; * Prior experience in instructor, facilitator, or multiplier training and mentoring. **Expected Profile** We seek a professional who serves as a technical and methodological reference in learning—with the ability to influence others, develop people, and ensure excellence in knowledge dissemination across the entire Ademicon Network. ### **BENEFITS** Medical assistance Dental assistance Incentive campaigns Christmas basket Benefits club Eco Salva coverage Year-end celebration Partnership agreements with educational institutions Birthday day-off Discounts on company products and services Dedicated dining area Profit-sharing program Group life insurance Corporate university Meal allowance Food voucher Transportation voucher or fuel allowance ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract Type:** CLT
