Direct technical support and customer service **APN Assessoria Contábil**, an accounting office with over **30 years of market presence**, is currently conducting a selection process for an **HR Payroll Analyst**, to be performed **in-person**. **Job Responsibilities** * Monitor and review payroll routines, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines; * Interpret and apply labor legislation practically in clients' day-to-day operations; * Execute and verify employee onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leave, and working hours control processes; * Perform calculations and validations related to contract terminations and labor entitlements; * Support monthly payroll closing, 13th salary, and vacation processing; * Monitor vacation controls and occupational medical examinations; * Verify payroll-related contributions and taxes (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and related); * Be responsible for filing and tracking labor-related ancillary obligations (**eSocial, DCTFWeb, PER/DCOMP**); * Analyze Collective Bargaining Agreements and correctly implement their impact on payroll; * Provide technical support and customer service, clarifying labor-related questions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in an accounting office, especially in HR Payroll routines; * Proficiency in the **SCI – ÚNICO System**; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: In-person
