If you have a commercial profile, enjoy field-based work, and seek performance-linked earnings, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active external prospecting of clients * Serve and develop a client portfolio * Present and negotiate solutions for trucks, vans, and financing consortia * Carry out commercial visits and lead follow-up * Maintain and update the CRM system regularly * Monitor the sales funnel and ensure deal closure * Participate in events and commercial initiatives as required **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred) * Experience in external sales * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Personal vehicle and valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) * Availability for travel and external visits * CRM experience is preferred **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed monthly salary of R$ 3.000,00 * Variable commission (high earnings potential) * Health and dental insurance * Expense allowance (fuel + daily stipend) * Bonus for goal achievement (monthly and semiannual) * Performance-based incentives **Employment Type:** * Independent Contractor (PJ) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Availability for events outside regular business hours Job Type: Freelance / PJ Payment: R$2.500,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Food allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have proven experience in external sales (door-to-door or commercial visits)? * Do you own a vehicle and hold a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B)? * Are you available for frequent travel and external visits?
