**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Design layouts and interfaces for websites, landing pages, microsites, and digital products;
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs focused on UX/UI;
* Ensure visual consistency and adherence to current brand identity guidelines;
* Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness;
* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasible implementation;
* Participate in creative reviews and propose continuous improvements;
* Maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems;
* Adapt digital assets for campaigns, emails, and online media (when required).
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to succeed in this role:**
* Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI Designer;
* Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
* Solid knowledge of UX/UI principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design;
* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices;
* Experience designing layouts for desktop and mobile platforms;
* Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into efficient visual solutions;
* An up-to-date portfolio featuring web projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Design Systems;
* Knowledge of web animations or motion design;
* Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms;
* Experience with usability testing and CRO;
* Basic understanding of web performance.

**Salary:** Our salary proposal is determined based on multiple factors. If a specific range has been defined for this position, it will be communicated during the selection process.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:24 PM
