




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing equipment performance. Key Highlights: 1. Development and management of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 2. Monitoring of maintenance indicators and proposal of improvements. 3. Strategic partnership with PCP and procurement for process optimization. **Main Responsibilities:** *Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans based on equipment criticality and failure history, determining intervention frequency;* *Organize activity schedules based on maintenance procedures, forecasting resources and time;* *Coordinate with PCP on shutdown planning to minimize machine downtime;* *Ensure the maintenance plan complies with Regulatory Standards;* *Monitor, analyze, and generate reports on maintenance indicators (MTTR and MTBF);* *Manage and audit the weekly maintenance plan and produce monthly reports;* *Schedule, monitor, and close work orders;* *Identify and analyze deviations and recurring failures;* *Maintain technical documentation for equipment, tools, and maintenance plans;* *Collaborate with procurement in requesting and tracking parts and services until delivery;* *Propose maintenance and equipment improvements. **Requirements:** *Knowledge of maintenance management systems.* *Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and basic automation concepts.* *Analytical ability and strong communication skills.* *Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel).* *Preferably a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.* *Preference for experience in metalworking companies and overhead crane maintenance.* Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA Driver's License: Class B Willingness to travel * Health insurance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Parking * Gympass
