Focus on solutions for internal clients and access management We are seeking a dedicated IT professional with a collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach to join our technology team. **Responsibilities:** * Provide assembly, maintenance, and software installation support for computers and networks * Respond to internal client requests via help desk * Ensure security of files stored on the server * Request, grant, and manage individual and corporate access to company systems * Configure and maintain corporate email accounts and printers * Assume responsibility for the company's IT infrastructure * Assist in managing and monitoring IT contracts * Request quotations for electronic, telecommunication, and IT equipment services * Train and onboard new employees on information technology and ticketing systems * Maintain the preservation, monitoring, and operation of the company's central server * Fulfill tasks and follow instructions from immediate supervisors when requested * Instruct drivers and fare collectors during onboarding of new employees * Identify technical issues and forward equipment to technical support when necessary * Verify and keep software usage licenses up to date * Perform telephone network maintenance **Requirements:** * Technical IT course or ongoing/completed higher education degree in IT * Prior experience in the field. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 899.30 * Free Commuter Pass * Group Life Insurance (at no cost) * Referral Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Annual Seniority Bonus: 2% per year * SEST/SENAT Partnership Benefits **Location:** Umbará, Curitiba - PR (100% on-site) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
