Strong communication and organizational skills Fiber Optic Installation Services Fibracem seeks qualified companies or self-employed professionals with experience in fiber optic network installation and activation for on-demand assignments, serving diverse clients and regions, to deliver services in the aforementioned area. **Requirements:** * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license for service providers performing these activities; * Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications for service providers performing these activities; * Proven experience in fiber optic installations for service providers performing these activities; * Contract type: PJ (individual entrepreneur) * Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (travel is part of daily routine) * Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Compensation:** Based on demand, **R$4.200,00** (fixed) + Variable per activation: 72 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (average of 3 activations/day) - R$ 5.040,00 73 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (more than 3 activations/day) - R$ 6.205,00 96 ACTIVATIONS/MONTH (average of 4 activations/day) - R$ 8.640,00 Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Driver's License Category: B Personal Vehicle
