




Job Summary: A professional to assist in assembly, perform equipment maintenance, identify failures, and meet production targets with attention to quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality, safety, and learning in automation ***Important: After 6 months, the role will require availability for travel.*** * Assist in assembly activities, performing standardized splices, harness finishing, proper terminal crimping, drilling, and tapping according to assembly procedures. * Perform operational support tasks for production, as directed by the technical team. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Identify and report issues and failures to supervision. * Meet production targets accurately, carefully, and attentively to ensure individual and collective team quality and safety. * Perform daily 5S at workstations. * Recently graduated from a technical course in mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields, or currently pursuing a degree in related areas. * Basic knowledge of assembly and execution of operational tasks. * Practical skills in using manual tools such as drills, calipers, tape measures, squares, multimeters, etc. * Ability to learn quickly and interest in industrial automation. * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
