Then **\#JoinFibracem!** **Job Description:** Record and analyze daily production output and machine productivity, comparing \"planned vs. actual production\"; Generate machine- and shift-based controls; Complete and analyze spreadsheets and tables, generating reliable charts for each area or equipment; Analyze KPIs and report any anomalies to supervisors; Ensure KPI reliability; Record all staff changes on the personnel board; Analyze and confirm whether PCP has accounted for these capacity changes in scheduling; Report any atypical situations to supervisors, such as machine stoppages or scheduling of non-operational machines; Prepare daily reports by recording KPIs and detailing occurrences; Maintain contact with PCP to clarify issues related to discrepancies between workload and productive capacity; Calculate proportional production time; Train, guide, and support team leaders in correctly completing production control spreadsheets; Follow established ISO procedures and properly complete applicable records while promoting continuous improvement within your area of responsibility; Control process scrap; Use personal protective equipment and comply with safety regulations **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing a degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS** 2 years of experience Experience in Production Management, advanced Excel proficiency, and daily data analysis.
