If you have experience in surface preparation and application of industrial paints, this may be the ideal opportunity. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and abrasive blasting * Apply industrial paints using equipment such as paint spray guns * Perform maintenance, touch-ups, and inspection of already painted parts * Ensure finish quality meets required standards * Strictly follow safety regulations and chemical handling procedures **✅ Requirements** * Experience with industrial painting and surface preparation * Knowledge of painting techniques and equipment usage * Attention to detail and focus on finish quality * Commitment to safety standards **Education** * Completed high school * Technical or vocational courses in industrial painting **Working Hours (Admin):** * Monday to Thursday: 7:48 AM to 6:00 PM \- Friday: 7:48 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Salary:** Negotiable **Initial Benefits:** * Meal allowance (Flash card): BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation allowance * Welhub **After Probation Period (90 days):** * Unimed health plan (1% salary deduction + co-payment, extendable to dependents) * Dental Uni dental plan (employee-paid, extendable to dependents) * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) (per company policy) * Partnership with Parque Panorâmico.
