




Job Summary: Responsible for operational management of the unit, ensuring infrastructure integrity and employee well-being, as well as controlling maintenance activities and material procurement. Control of material flow and procurement **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for the unit's operational processes, ensuring infrastructure preservation and employee well-being. Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, IT, and air conditioning), engaging technicians and third-party service providers as needed. Ensure adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule per contract. Analyze invoices and receipts, and perform cost center allocations. Support the submission and tracking of documents with suppliers. Control material flow and procurement (office supplies, uniforms, furniture, and equipment), including budgeting, quotations, and purchasing. Validate the quality of outsourced services (cleaning, security, front desk, and reception). Collaborate with the reception team to ensure high-quality telephone support and proper handling of documents and packages. Perform preventive pest control and water potability monitoring.
