The **Concierge** is a key role in ensuring an excellent learning journey for our students, delivering both in-person and online support. **Responsibilities:** * Receptive support, both in-person and online; * Recording of support interactions; * Delivery of KPIs according to operational requirements; * Addressing customer needs using available systems; * Responding to requests promptly and effectively, always striving to deliver the best possible customer experience; * Promoting maximum satisfaction through specialized support; * Conducting video calls with students when necessary to explain or demonstrate the platform. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM — 1-hour break; rotating Saturday shifts **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Prior experience in customer service; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to interpret texts effectively; * Analytical and communicative mindset; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams, meeting goals and deadlines; * Familiarity with customer support systems and incident management tools; * Capacity to resolve problems quickly and effectively while remaining calm in challenging situations; * Empathy and patience when interacting with diverse customer profiles; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and desire for professional growth. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Coursework or experience in Customer Experience (CX) and/or Customer Success (CS). **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Swile (Meal and Transportation Vouchers) * Childcare allowance * Gympass * English language course Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$2.842,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available and interested in working from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM?
