Provides administrative support in shipping and risk management **Position: Operational Assistant / Logistics** **Job Description:** Responsible for supporting transportation operational routines, ensuring correct issuance of fiscal documents, logistics process control, and addressing administrative demands related to shipping and risk management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue CT\-e, verifying and analyzing invoices to prevent inconsistencies; * Submit documentation to the insurance company for review, supporting PGR (Risk Management Plan) related processes; * Request and monitor vehicle checklists, ensuring compliance with operational standards; * Adjust quotations, identifying and correcting discrepancies to facilitate approval; * Record delivery confirmations and track shipping documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience with transportation routines and CT\-e issuance; * Knowledge of fiscal documents (NF\-e, CT\-e); * Basic understanding of risk management (PGR) and insurance company processes (preferred); * Basic/intermediate Excel skills; * Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills.
