Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus **Description:** Responsibilities Evaluate the technical scope requested by the client, prospect suppliers, initiate and manage the entire price bidding process, negotiate, and participate in drafting the respective contracts. Requirements Strong oral and written communication skills with logical thinking and a sense of urgency are mandatory. Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of professional experience are required. Specific education or training in procurement is a plus, as is knowledge of Oracle ERP.
