




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for purchasing, asset control, quotations, handling financial and operational requests, supporting condominium residents, and providing administrative assistance. Handle financial requests and provide administrative support Responsibilities: * Purchase materials and services according to unit requirements; * Manage asset control, ensuring accurate registration, movement, and disposal of assets; * Conduct price quotations with suppliers to secure optimal cost\-benefit conditions; * Handle and follow up on financial and operational requests submitted by company units; * Provide service to building garage condominium residents, offering support and clarifying questions related to administration and parking space usage; * Support administrative routines and collaborate in organizing internal processes.
