Vectra Engenharia has an open position for **Electrical Construction Manager**, responsible for coordinating, leading, and ensuring the execution of electrical construction projects across various cities where the company operates, guaranteeing quality, deadlines, and results. **Main Responsibilities** * End-to-end management of electrical construction projects, from planning to final delivery; * Leadership, guidance, and development of field and engineering teams; * On-site supervision of construction projects, with frequent travel to cities where the company operates; * Planning of schedules, resources, materials, and costs; * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company standards; * Interface with clients, suppliers, and internal departments; * Preparation of reports and monitoring of performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Electrical Engineering; * Proven experience in electrical construction projects and team management; * Experience in project management and execution of electrical installations; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and decision-making ability; * **Full availability for frequent travel**, as required by project demands; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale projects, retail sector, or simultaneous management of multiple construction projects; * Knowledge of project management and planning tools; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management or related fields. **Work Location:** Construction projects in various cities **Employment Type: PJ (Individual Contractor)** **Join our team!**
