Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Active COREN registration Management-level experience Complete vaccination schedule Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (Monday to Friday) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Define, together with the Nursing Management, the guidelines and strategic planning for the Nursing Service; * Establish administrative standards and guidelines within nursing divisions, subject to approval by the Clinical and General Directorates; * Develop the Manual and Work Instructions (WI), forms, and workflows jointly with Management, Supervisors, and Nurses; * Develop and implement institutional protocols and ensure compliance according to institutional standards; * Discuss with the Continuing Education Service training needs and necessary improvements identified in nursing practice; • Conduct cost analysis for the department (procedures and therapies); • Perform annual planning \- forecast; * Analyze incidents and adverse events and develop action plans for resolution; * Prepare monthly surgical productivity reports for the Controller's Office; * Present contractual goals versus weekly surgical productivity reports to the Technical Directorate; * Conduct daily huddle meetings with the team and record minutes of meetings.
