Responsibilities and Duties
* Ensure fair and impartial people management, direction, mobilization, development, and performance evaluation of the entire team
* Train employees performing operational functions
* Guarantee execution of logistics processes — from goods receipt to delivery — as well as supporting processes (PCP), according to established standards
* Support the manager in achieving set goals
* Record anomalies/non-conformities within your area, eliminating immediate effects, and assist the manager in solving root causes using managerial methodology
* Experience and promote the company's culture
* Enforce organizational conduct and safety policies, and implement disciplinary measures
* Ensure an organized, clean, safe, and disciplined work environment
* Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed or requested by the immediate supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule (6:30 PM to 6:30 AM)

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position
Salary: R$5,800.00 – R$7,100.00 per month
