Job Summary: A professional to administer and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and information security, with a focus on availability and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in technology implementation and upgrade projects ***Job Responsibilities:*** Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring service availability and performance. Manage network infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and inter-unit connectivity; Administer Active Directory, access policies, and user authentication; Monitor and ensure the availability of IT services and critical infrastructure; Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery policies; Administer internet links and corporate connectivity, including redundancy and failover; Diagnose and resolve medium- and high-complexity infrastructure incidents; Participate in infrastructure technology implementation and upgrade projects; Ensure information security across infrastructure environments; Document environment architecture, configurations, and technical procedures. ***Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, Systems, or related fields; Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems; Computer network administration, including VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, corporate Wi-Fi, and networking equipment; Experience in server virtualization and infrastructure environment administration; Knowledge of firewalls, network security, and access policies; Active Directory administration, user and permission management; Experience with data backup, recovery, and service continuity; Ability to monitor and diagnose IT infrastructure issues; Technical English for reading documentation and specialized materials. \- Minimum 3 years of experience; \- Experience in server, network, and virtualization administration; \- Knowledge of Windows Server, corporate networks, and infrastructure security. ***Benefits:*** * Meal allowance (R$ 220.50 \+ R$ 60.00 attendance bonus); * Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon coffee onsite (at no cost); * Corporate chaplaincy; * Transportation allowance (R$ 247.80, non-deductible) or transportation voucher (6% deduction); * Group life insurance; * Birthday gift via Caju card; * Employee referral program; * Maternity / paternity kit. ***After 3 months of probation:*** * Unimed health plan with co-payment (company covers half of the monthly fee and co-payment); * DentalUni dental plan; * Unipreço pharmacy benefit (R$ 200.00\). ***Working Hours:*** * 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch break; Fridays end 1 hour earlier.
