




Job Summary: A professional responsible for active and passive driver prospecting, managing the onboarding process, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring the quality of acquisition and activation processes. Engaging and building relationships with driver candidates **What you’ll do daily** * Actively and passively prospect drivers across various channels (online and in-person). * Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are met and registration quality is maintained. * Audit and guide drivers regarding the first vehicle inspection. * Monitor the installation process of cameras in partner vehicles. * Daily monitoring of conversion metrics and performance indicators. * Identify opportunities to improve the acquisition process and propose corrective actions. * Maintain close contact and build strong relationships with driver candidates to increase engagement and reduce dropouts. * Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new drivers in strategic cities. * Accurately and timely update system records with precise information. * Accompany the entire activation process until the driver completes their first ride. **What’s important to have in your background** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields; * Basic experience in prospecting new customers or pre-sales; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with urban mobility companies, ride-hailing apps, or radio taxi services is a plus. **Our Benefits:** 2\.200,00 Caju R$1\.244,00 per month to use as you wish: meals, mobility, culture, and education; Amil health insurance plan — 100% covered by us!
