Job Summary: The professional will assist in transportation and logistics activities, performing operational tasks, managing invoices (NFs), controlling schedules, and supporting analysts, with a focus on warehouse operations and reverse logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Transportation and logistics support 2. Management of invoices (NFs) and payment follow-up 3. Support in demand planning Provide and/or assist in delivering transportation and logistics information to analysts and in operational requests at the warehouse. Open and handle service tickets. Assist analysts with non-routine operational requests. Process incoming, outgoing, canceled, and consulted invoices (NFs), as well as conduct payment follow-ups. Generate invoices (NFs) for material collection and shipment. Account for reverse logistics operations. Conduct information and documentation gathering for claims. Maintain control over annual sales action schedules. Register items in the system. Monitor billing shortages. Assist analysts in demand planning (picking and replenishment). Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within their area of responsibility, as requested. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\) Provide and/or assist in delivering transportation, fleet, and logistics information to analysts and in operational requests at Cluster A or B warehouses in their region. 2\) Open and handle service tickets. 3\) Assist analysts with non-routine operational requests. 4\) Process incoming, outgoing, canceled, and consulted invoices (NFs), as well as conduct payment follow-ups. 5\) Generate invoices (NFs) for material collection and shipment. 6\) Account for reverse logistics operations. 7\) Conduct information and documentation gathering for claims. 8\) Maintain control over annual marketing (MKT) action schedules. 9\) Register items in the system. 10\) Monitor billing shortages. 11\) Assist analysts in demand planning (picking and replenishment). 12\) Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level within their area of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical degree in Logistics and/or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Logistics **Additional Information** Night shift Hello, we are BAT Brazil!
