Then apply now to our selection process! * **Join TPC Intelligent Logistics!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct field-based logistics process assessments and analysis (receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory, etc.). * Design operational workflows and identify continuous improvement opportunities. * Develop business and operational requirements for WMS systems. * Support development and testing of solutions alongside the Logistics Systems team or vendor. * Support project implementation (blueprint, testing, validation, training, go-live). * Support the systemic improvement prioritization committee with technical and operational analyses. * Participate in the standardization and dissemination of operational best practices. * Conduct in-person or remote training sessions to upskill users of logistics systems. * Assist in managing the improvement backlog and monitoring operational KPIs. * Maintain ongoing communication with Operations, Systems, Commercial, and other involved departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Systems, Logistics, Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics processes **Desirable:** * Analytical ability to map processes and identify bottlenecks. * Knowledge of Power Platform tools for dashboard, form, and automation development. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.). * Ability to prepare presentations, reports, and technical documents. * Strong interpersonal communication and teaching skills for conducting training sessions. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: Transportation Voucher (VT), Incentive Program, On-site Cafeteria, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Life Insurance.
