If you identify with our Positive way of being, **submit your resume and apply for this position!** THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO PERSONS WITH OR WITHOUT DISABILITIES **Responsibilities and Duties** **Learn how you will contribute to our team:** * Organize physical meeting minutes. * Organize digital meeting minutes. * Organize archived meeting minutes. * Request enlarged-print materials. * Generate labels. * Schedule mail pickups with the postal service. * Perform general postal shipments. * Digitize registration forms (Marketing). * Tabulate registration forms. * Digitize invoices (Alexandre and Fábio). * Create folders and rename invoices in the format: date – amount – expense. * Organize archived postal receipts (ARs) in general. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect you to know:** * Currently enrolled in high school. **Additional Information:** * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. * Availability to work at this address: Avenida Cândido Hartmann, 1400 \- Mercês, Curitiba **Additional Information** **Why work here?
