If you have experience with e\-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and Mercado Livre, this is your chance to make a difference! **Responsibilities:** * Manage and optimize company e\-commerce platform ads. * List and update products, descriptions, photos, and videos, ensuring information quality. * Monitor online sales performance and analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities. * Manage marketplace ads, focusing on Mercado Livre, ensuring good visibility and competitiveness. * Provide online customer support, resolving inquiries and issues. * Monitor digital market trends and propose new strategies to increase engagement and sales. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in e\-commerce and online platform management. * Solid knowledge of marketplaces, with hands-on experience on Mercado Livre. * Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 * **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, and Health Insurance. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, and Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00 (with rotating Saturday off-days).
