Job Summary: Seeking an SDR to identify and qualify leads, make initial contact, and deliver opportunities to the sales team, with emphasis on resilience and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to manage time and productivity Base salary: BRL 1,500.00 + commission = average monthly compensation BRL 3,500.00 Transportation allowance (VT) Meal allowance (VA) of BRL 23.00 per day On-site work, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities of an SDR: * **Lead prospecting:** Identify and pursue new potential customers through research and strategies such as cold calling, emails, and social media. * **Lead qualification:** Contact leads to understand their needs, verify alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile, and assess genuine interest in the product or service. * **Initial contact:** Conduct the first interaction with the potential customer, educating them about the solution and evaluating their readiness to advance in the sales funnel. * **Opportunity delivery:** Hand over only duly qualified leads demonstrating potential to the sales team. * **Reporting:** Provide activity and results reports to management.
