Proven experience in building maintenance activities (civil, hydraulic, roofing), including: Repair of sidewalks, floors, doors, windows, and roofs Repair of toilets, urinals, faucets, sinks, close-coupled tanks, and hydraulic valves Repair of roof tiles, gutters, and flashing Painting using water-based, solvent-based, and epoxy paints Knowledge of maintenance activities related to external and internal lighting poles, outlets and office lighting, distribution panels, factory area luminaires, conduits and raceways, TOF boxes, outlets, and automatic door maintenance Proven experience in team leadership, process knowledge, ability to identify priorities, and simultaneous management of multiple work fronts. Strong communication skills for diverse interactions with internal colleagues (Polymont) and external parties (clients), as well as direct and indirect leadership. Flexible working hours, including weekends.
