What You Will Learn and Do Daily as a **Chatbot Intern at Bari Tecnologia**: * Develop and enhance chatbots for WhatsApp, voice, and email, ensuring natural, efficient interactions aligned with business needs; * Design and refine conversational flows, applying logic, testing, and continuous improvement; * Integrate systems and automations with Salesforce, ensuring chatbots function as intelligent channels within the customer journey; * Support the development of commercial assistants (automated SDR), including lead qualification, data collection, and opportunity routing; * Monitor chatbot performance by analyzing metrics and user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities; * Work side-by-side with multidisciplinary teams (Product, Technology, Sales, and Data) in a collaborative, dynamic, and innovation-driven environment. Requirements: What We Look For in You: * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields; * Availability to intern 30 hours per week (6 hours/day) during business hours; * Expected graduation starting from June 2027; * Residency in Curitiba or its metropolitan region; * Interest and basic knowledge in Python, SQL, RPA, and/or Artificial Intelligence; * Aptitude for numbers, logical reasoning, and problem-solving; * Strong academic performance will be considered a plus; * Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other data visualization tools will be considered a plus.
