Interested? **Then \#JoinFibracem!** **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct training across departments, monitor and document testing of new products, develop process standards, and implement production improvements. * Assist in document control, distribute work instructions, and map tool lifespans. * Monitor the introduction of new products, perform time studies, and conduct method audits. * Map production processes, balance production lines, and implement continuous improvement projects. * Validate new equipment and calculate payback for improvement initiatives. * Conduct productive capacity studies and assist in developing tools. * Determine staffing requirements based on time studies and adhere to internal regulations. * Collaborate with the PD team on improvements and develop plans to reduce scrap. * Assist in cost estimation and perform statistical process controls. **Education:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields. **Requirements:** Solid experience in production processes. Knowledge of basic mechanics, intermediate Solidworks, drawing reading and interpretation, time study, lean mindset, and Yellow Belt.
