Controller Analyst

Job Summary: A professional to monitor and manage budgetary control, calculate the Income Statement (DRE), analyze variances, and support management in process improvements and report automation. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in cost, expense, and margin analysis 2. Support to management in implementing internal controls and improvements 3. Focus on pricing strategy, commissions, and performance indicator tracking **AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:** * Monitor and manage budgetary control across various company departments to ensure adherence to established assumptions; * Calculate and monitor the commercial Income Statement (DRE), profitability by product, region, and customer; * Analyze revenue, cost, expense, and margin variances, and prepare managerial reports for the Executive and Management teams; * Oversee inventory/cost closing, including monthly inventory tracking and accounting reconciliation; * Monitor monthly performance indicators; * Analyze contracts to assess impact and identify cost reduction opportunities; * Maintain expense records and approval limits within the ERP system; * Identify and track variables comprising product cost, analyzing the impact of changes in product classification; * Analyze and validate managerial information (BI) through reports, identifying opportunities for performance improvement; * Calculate and reconcile commercial commissions and variable compensation for the Sales department; * Track actual vs. planned capital expenditures (CAPEX); * Conduct pricing and margin analysis; * Support monthly financial result closing; * Support management in implementing internal controls, process improvements, report automation, and analyses; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Advanced Excel proficiency **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Industrial sector experience, controller experience, and Power BI proficiency **WORK HOURS:** * 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday); 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday) Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications: * Specialization in Accounting and Auditing; Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Life Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Transportation Allowance * Dental Plan * Employee Association * Attendance Bonus (bimonthly)
