**Job Description:** ---------------------- Verify daily whether deliveries were made within the agreed deadlines; Verify the charges levied by carriers; Monitor the rates charged by carriers and those offered by the market; Address and respond to customer complaints regarding failure of carriers to meet delivery deadlines; Address and respond to customer complaints regarding damages/discrepancies in deliveries concerning quality and quantity; Inform the finance department of pending credits related to carrier failures, as well as credits customers are entitled to receive due to such failures; Hold carriers accountable for meeting agreed deadlines and rates; Record bills of lading and incidents in the specific system designated for this activity; Send emails to customers confirming pickups performed; Perform other tasks as requested; Contact customers, maintain documentary controls for the area, and follow established procedures. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Education: Completed high school. Experience in Logistics. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Desired Course and Technical Skills: In the Logistics field. Competencies: Organization and proficiency in calculations.
