Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work as a Customer Service Analyst, supporting the management of branding, packaging, and retail projects at a strategic design studio. Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain updated and organized client files. * Assist with meeting logistics for clients, including preparing agendas, coordinating organization, and preparing materials and documentation via reports. * Issue PITs (Project Initiation Templates). * Monitor the client’s and competitors’ communication activities, gathering and documenting information and requesting support from other departments (Planning, Media, etc.) under guidance. * Track market trends in the client’s industry and related fields. * Validate and approve final artwork, print proofs, mockups, and prototypes for clients. * Coordinate the delivery of materials to clients. * Support monitoring the production of client projects. * Help gather information directly from clients. * Generate documents, purchase orders, requisitions, and approvals. * Act proactively on projects, with clients, and with other team members. * Evaluate and contribute to improvements in procedures and instructions within your area. * Perform revisions and updates to area procedures and instructions when requested. * Actively participate in agenda meetings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
