JOB MISSION: Work in an internal engineering team focused on .NET, responsible for defining standards, developing reusable tools and libraries, documenting best practices, and providing technical support to other developers in the company. The goal is to promote consistency, performance, and high technical quality in developed systems. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain base libraries, SDKs, and tools in C# (.NET Core). Define and evolve architectural patterns, project structures, guidelines, and best practices. Write and maintain clear, accessible technical documentation (wikis, templates, code examples). Perform backend development using C# (.NET Core and .NET Framework). Define and implement scalable and secure software architectures. Implement and consume REST APIs and SOAP WebServices. Work with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar). Implement information security best practices. Optimize and maintain existing systems. Define technical solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure code quality using SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns. Participate in agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). 6 years of experience as a developer. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Senior developer. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: .NET (C# Core and Framework). Development of libraries, SDKs, or internal frameworks. RESTful APIs. SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar. CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Security practices in development. Docker. SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, and Design Patterns. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with project templates, linters, and development automation. Knowledge of MongoDB or Redis. Knowledge of Kubernetes. Experience in high-availability and mission-critical environments. Contributions to open-source projects (especially .NET). Experience in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience. Experience with SonarQube, StyleCop, FxCop, Roslyn Analyzers. Proficiency in event-driven architecture. Experience with infrastructure automation (DevOps).
