Hospital Universitário Evangélico Mackenzie is hiring a **Cleaning Supervisor** for the Curitiba region. **Advantages:** * Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree, with professional experience in Hospital Hospitality Services or Facilities Management **Key responsibilities:** · Supervise in-house teams to ensure efficiency, discipline, positive interpersonal relationships, punctuality, and adherence to working hours per the institution’s current regulations. · Ensure service delivery by Hospital Hospitality through operational execution of activities including: hygiene and cleaning, linen management, accommodation services, distribution of patient satisfaction surveys, assistance with scheduling outpatient follow-up appointments, collection and delivery of personal belongings, waste and soiled linen collection, handling, and weighing, courtyard and external area cleaning, sewing, and other supporting services. · Proactively address problems and implement occupational accident prevention and safety measures, with particular emphasis on monitoring and guiding staff regarding mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during their duties. · Promote technical, professional, and behavioral development of supervised staff by encouraging participation in mandatory and optional training courses (internal and external), access to the corporate academy, and other training programs and courses disseminated by the institution via internal communication channels. · Monitor usage of materials, equipment, and uniforms to prevent waste and promote rational utilization of available resources for task execution. · Perform other duties related to the position. **\*JOB INFORMATION:\* **Department(s) and available shift(s):\* Hospitality \| ***Availability required for 12x36 rotating shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM*** **\*Salary:\* R$ 3\.575,22 \+ 20% hazard pay. **\*Benefits:\* Meal Allowance (Pluxee): R$ 738.00 (no payroll deduction) Transportation Voucher On-site Cafeteria (with salary-tiered discount) or Meal Voucher (for external units) Dental Plan Life Insurance SESC Membership Holiday Camp Childcare Assistance Birthday Day Off or Birthday Bonus Christmas Basket Wellhub (Gympass) Corporate Academy MAC (certifications issued by Mackenzie).
