Generation of incident reports for cases of delays and irregularities Company: Rimatur Transportes Position: CCO Assistant I Location: Curitiba (Mossunguê) \- PR Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:05 AM (Monday through Saturday). Job Description: Responsibilities: * Monitor real-time operational vehicle departures from the garage; * Notify operations of garage departure delays according to established protocols; * Inform operations as needed via Teams messages and, if necessary, telephone calls; * Generate incident reports for significant delays or other irregularities, following predefined criteria; * Monitor special routes and specific clients, applying adapted procedures where appropriate.
