Job Summary: Responsible for diagnosis, maintenance, and technical support of printers, including circuit board repair and network configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and technical support for external clients 2. Maintenance of laser, inkjet, fiscal, and plotter printers 3. Knowledge of electronics for circuit board repair IT Technician – Responsible for diagnosing and maintaining printers of various models and sizes. • Providing maintenance and technical support services to external clients. • Circuit board repair, network installation and configuration. High school diploma required. * Technical background in electronics or IT and/or relevant technical experience. • Driver's license category B. • Experience in technical support and maintenance of laser, inkjet, fiscal, and plotter printers. • Knowledge of electronics for circuit board repair. * Additional advantage: knowledge of laptops and servers. • Availability for on-site visits to external clients. • Weekend and occasional overtime availability required.
