Job Summary: We are seeking an attentive, agile, and responsible Monitoring Operator to monitor electronic security systems and ensure proper incident handling. Key Highlights: 1. Follow operational protocols and assist in identifying technical failures **Job Description:** **Work Location**: On-site **Schedule**: Night shift – 12x36 rotating schedule **Employment Type**: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) We seek an attentive, agile, and responsible Monitoring Operator to monitor electronic security systems during the night shift. This professional will analyze alarm events, camera feeds, and other signals, ensuring proper incident handling and customer safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor alarm signals, CCTV, and other electronic security systems * Perform triage of alarms and events received at the monitoring center * Contact clients and responsible parties according to procedure * Activate tactical teams, patrol vehicles, or competent authorities when necessary * Log all incidents in the monitoring system * Strictly adhere to company operational protocols * Assist in identifying technical failures and report them to the responsible department * Record incidents using spreadsheets * File Police Reports **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills (proficient typing and ease of use with systems) * Availability to work nights on a 12x36 rotating schedule * Basic Excel knowledge * Familiarity with the Iris system * Strong verbal communication skills * Concentrated attention and responsibility * Ability to remain calm in emergency situations **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in alarm or CCTV monitoring * Experience working for electronic security companies * Knowledge of monitoring systems **Behavioral Competencies** * Focus and attention to detail * Agility in decision-making * Commitment to rules and procedures * Teamwork * Professional and ethical conduct Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.141,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
