Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and attentive professional to prepare drinks, manage inventory, and assist in defining new cocktails in a bar environment. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in the creation of new menu items **Join the ROTA 98 Team!** *We seek dynamic, agile, and attentive professionals.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience in drink preparation and bar routines. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and organize orders; * Prepare drinks and cocktails according to the menu, carefully accommodating customer-requested modifications; * Prepare fruits for drinks and cocktails, as well as for decoration; * Monitor leftovers and losses to avoid waste; * Produce ice; * Manage inventory of beverages and fruits (quantity, storage, and expiration dates), reporting restocking needs to the responsible person; * Assist in defining new drinks and cocktails for the menu, as requested by management and subject to their approval; * Assist in inspecting the operation of refrigerators, freezers, and other area equipment; * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and organization of utensils, tableware, and the work area. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday and Wednesday, from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. * Thursday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM + overtime. **Compensation:** * Night shift allowance of 20% starting at 10:00 PM; * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * Free on-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 23.00 per day; * Food allowance of R$ 145.00 per month; * Pharmacy benefits; * Exclusive discounts for on-site consumption and partner merchants.
