Dynamic, committed profile with a strong willingness to learn **ABOUT THE POSITION:** The Designer Assistant will be responsible for supporting the design department by assisting in the creation and organization of technical drawings, customer service, and development of solutions according to stated requirements. This is an opportunity for those seeking growth in the technical field, with potential progression to Designer. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Product registration in the system * Assistance in creating technical drawings (DWG) * Customer support and service * Participation in customer meetings **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of algebra * Strong communication skills (primarily via telephone) * Organizational ability and proactivity **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields) * Experience with aluminum window/door systems or similar areas * Knowledge of AutoCAD; advanced logical reasoning **DESIRED PROFILE:** * Active listening and effective communication * Patience and attention to detail * Willingness to learn and grow * Dynamic and committed profile **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays (when required): 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **INTERNAL CAREER GROWTH PLAN** * **Important advantage:** Real possibility of advancement to Designer position based on performance and development. **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** * Salary to be negotiated (fixed \+ performance-based variable) * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) Payment: starting from R$1\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
