A sales professional focused on active prospecting, preparation of commercial proposals, and negotiation for transportation and logistics services, aiming to build long-term customer relationships.

* Conduct active prospecting of new customers, analyzing potential markets and segments, with a focus on companies requiring transportation and logistics services;
* Prepare and present customized commercial proposals aligned with each customer's specific needs, considering costs, timelines, routes, and value-added services;
* Lead in-person and virtual meetings to present the company's competitive advantages, seeking to deliver value and build long-term relationships;
* Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, price adjustments, payment terms, and operational conditions, always aligning the company's interests with customer expectations;
* Conduct periodic visits to active customers to maintain relationships, identify new demands, and monitor service quality;
* Monitor the implementation process for new customers, ensuring agreed-upon requirements are correctly executed by operational departments;
* Monitor portfolio performance, tracking indicators such as shipment volume, revenue, delinquency rates, and customer satisfaction;
* Record all interactions and negotiations in the company's CRM, keeping data updated to enable effective sales funnel tracking;
* Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and logistics and transportation sector meetings to expand networking and generate new business opportunities;
* Stay attentive to market trends, competition, tariff fluctuations, new regulations, and shifts in customer behavior, proposing aligned commercial strategies;
* Collaborate with internal departments (operations, finance, customer support, and logistics) to ensure full customer satisfaction and fulfillment of commercial agreements;
* Conduct continuous follow-up on submitted commercial proposals, seeking conversion and feedback;
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Commercial Management, or related fields.
