The ideal candidate must possess solid experience with asset protection alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems, as well as professional conduct, responsibility, and commitment to service quality. **Responsibilities** * Install and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on **asset protection alarm systems**. * Carry out installation and support for **access control systems**. * Configure and provide support for **CCTV (closed-circuit television) systems**. * Operate and configure security electronic controllers and devices. * Record service calls, technical reports, and intervention details. * Ensure installation quality and proper equipment operation. * Provide on-site and remote technical support as required. **Requirements** * Completed **Technical Course in Electronic Security**. * Completed high school education. * Basic computer knowledge, especially **Google Tools**. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in: * Maintenance and installation of asset protection alarm systems * Access control systems * CCTV systems **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable)** * Familiarity with the **Digifort** system. * Experience with the **Ronda** access control system. * Knowledge of **Telemática (Codin) controllers**. * Experience with facial recognition systems **Intelbras / Control iD**. * Experience with turnstiles from the following brands: * **Wolpac** * **Digicon** * **Foca** **Expected Profile** * Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized professional. * Good communication skills and appropriate demeanor for customer service. * Ability to quickly resolve technical issues. * Proactive attitude and interest in continuous learning.
