Main Responsibilities: Support the updating and maintenance of HR dashboards and metrics. Assist in extracting, organizing, and processing HR system data. Support analysis of metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and diversity. Contribute to organizing data repositories and documenting business rules.
