Job Summary: Financial analyst responsible for managing cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, reconciliations, preparing reports, and improving processes to ensure the company's financial health. Opportunity to propose improvements and optimize processes * Maintain short-term cash flow forecasting by analyzing actual inflows and outflows (revenues and expenses), aligned with the company's strategic planning. * Analyze "accounts receivable", performing write-offs, collections, and subsequently identifying discrepancies, justifying\-them or carrying out adjustments. * Process and monitor "accounts payable". Reconcile, organize, schedule, and reconcile all the company's financial obligations to prevent internal and external pending issues. * Provide accounting with financial transaction records to achieve 100% reconciliation and support future financial statements. * Perform daily bank account reconciliations against entries in the company's ERP system. * Develop and monitor monthly closing financial indicators, consistently aligning with leadership. * Propose process, policy, and procedure improvements to enhance departmental performance; * Prepare financial reports to track departmental results, analyze outcomes, and identify deviations to support decision-making. * Define criteria and suggest control models and systems, monitoring emerging technologies and software aligned with company needs; * Promote organizational identity through the institution's mission, vision, and values. ***EDUCATION*** Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields ***TECHNICAL SKILLS*** Required: Organization, internal processes, proficiency in specific spreadsheets, intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and financial indicator expertise. ***EXPERIENCE*** Minimum 1 year of experience in the offered position Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
